Hi! My name is Sam Angell (He/Him) and I’m a Movement Director, teacher and performer. My movement practice draws from my work in dance (David Hughes Dance Company & Scottish Ballet), martial arts (Muay Thai & Boxing), Storytelling, Ensemble, Gymnastics, Callisthenics and Pure Movement, which I studied under mentorship of Jane Gibson.
I am also learning Yat Malmgren’s method of Movement Psychology (under Janet Amsden) and am interested in devising, along with Movement Directing and Teaching.
