Born to a mixed Nepalese and British heritage, I feel very fortunate to have been exposed to a diverse spectrum of cultural history from a young age. Folklore and mythology were a significant part of my childhood and the use of narrative to bridge cultural, social and generational divides continues to be an underlying motivation in my work. Having trained in graphic design and visual communication before working professionally on projects spanning dance, theatre, film and fashion, I've developed a multidisciplinary approach to creative thinking and storytelling. My design expertise encompasses; costume design, set design, illustration and art direction. I firmly believe in investing in young people and am always keen to facilitate and support projects that work to empower and inspire our future society.
