Making Our Case to Government: What's Been Happening, and What Next?
Wednesday 22 July
4.00 – 6.00pm
On 5 July the government announced a £1.57 billion rescue package for the UK's arts, culture and heritage industries.
In this session Jack Gamble, who has been coordinating the Public Campaign for the Arts, will share what he knows and doesn't know about the government's planned support, some lessons learned from the last few weeks of campaigning, and some opportunities and challenges ahead.
It's an opportunity to discuss what the ongoing economic, political and social impacts of coronavirus might mean for our work and industry, as well as for arts and culture in communities across the UK.
Please let us know you plan to attend by clicking the sign-up button above! Zoom details will be sent to you the day before.
