Claudia Saavedra
ProducerPronoun she/her. I am a writer, actress and theatre maker. I enjoy all things creative and like to be involved in various parts of a project, from idea to actualisation. I started my career in performing arts and then moved onto to devising as part of ensemble led work and most recently I have also been involved with the writing and producing side of things. Producing theatre seems to be where I thrive due to my enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment where I have the ability to multi-task on all fronts, whilst ensuring high level of attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Credits
As mentioned above, I am quite new to the producing side of things and although I have volunteered and attended workshops whilst training, my first full role as Producer as part of a theatre piece is currently ongoing. It is a three person show of around 50 minutes which will be performed at different Fringe venues across the country.Training
I trained as an actress at Fourth Monkey Actor Training Company and it was there that I first experienced being Assistant Director and Producer in some of my film classes. I have attached only my acting CV as I don't yet have a director/producer one. I can provide references for this current piece though if requested.Location
