Billy Parker
Director PlaywrightI am a Director Playwright, since graduating from the Slade School of Fine Art, I have exclusively dedicated my time to developing, writing and directing theatre. I frequently collaborate with Artis and Writer Seren Metcalfe. We have held numerous (online and in-person) acting workshops, wrote, directed and self produced a play entitled ‘Petrol’, run an emerging writers room and regularly workshop and develop new work. I am passionate about supporting and nurturing under-represented and minority voices within new writing, revivals and the experimental sphere. My writing and directorial work explores theatre within 'the information age', the working class experience and homosexuality, utilising experimental rehearsal processes.
