I am a director-writer, making female-led, visually exciting theatre with my company Not The Way Forward Productions. I am particularly interested in modernisations and radical retellings of classics. I adapt classic novels for the stage, as well as having a love of early modern and restoration drama. All of my shows have female protagonists, and an at least 60% female cast, and I'm interested in the intersection between direction and design.
