Jack Boal

Theatre Maker Performer Dramaturg Producer

I'm a performer and theatre maker from North London. I lace clowning with interactive performance to investigate the politics surrounding LGBTQ+ and working-class people.
I am interested in making work that is inherently political and entertaining, engaging audiences with history to create dialogue on the present and future.
I aim to blur the forms of cabaret, live art, and theatre to communicate these topics and create work that moves between formal and informal performance spaces.
My work is supported by HighRise Theatre, Raze Collective, and Something To Aim For. I am part of Camden People's Theatre's Starting Blocks 2022 cohort.
I use he/him pronouns.
