Jacob Freda

Director Actor Writer

Hi! I'm a director, writer, and actor currently living in Oxford.

I love working on classical texts, and finding new ways to make them appeal to modern audiences. I specialised in Thomas Middleton for my English degree, and hope in the next few years to visit some of the lesser-known plays of the Renaissance.

I also enjoy working on new writing, especially short plays and work from LGBT+ writers. I'm always looking to collaborate on projects, so please get in touch if you would like to connect!
