Isobel Hughes

Actor Writer Theatre-Maker

I'm am actor, writer and theatre-maker, working in London and the North-East. I'm most interested in telling stories that explore instinct and the primitive things that we all know but have forgotten how to talk about. Like magic, land and memory.

I am currently developing spoken word and live music show 'A Place To Fall To Pieces', a collaboration with folk musician Anna Hughes, supported by Sage, Gateshead, Mahogany Opera company and Arts Council England.
