Eleanor Field

Designer Theatre Maker Scenographer Artist

Eleanor Field (she/her) is a scenographer and artist, working across the UK. She enjoys a variety of work, thrives on collaboration and never goes anywhere without her sketchbook. She once designed some windows for Selfridge's, London, which really impressed her Grandma.

Alongside more traditional script-based work, she relishes the challenges of devised work and is interested in design-led work and design as performance.

Alongside her design work she is working on a part-time practice-based PhD exploring the importance of 'mess' in the theatre making process and how we might maintain a full and messy creative process when making work using digital technology.
