Nicole Ingemann

Theatre Director Playwright Theatre Maker Clown Actor

Nicole S. C. Ingemann is a Norwegian-English Director and Theatre Maker.

She was awarded The Art Council of Norways Grant for Newly Established Directors 2018-2020, and her interested span devising, clown, physical theatre and research, though her base is in directing written plays.

Her work is often funny, philosophical, with references to the absurd. It revolves around how theatre can wake the audience up from everyday perspectives and the potential of those moments.

Current work includes "The Cheese Professor" and "Slimy Fish". Previous work includes "Tea, Croquet and Shakespeare" with Kompani Ingebauer, performed in Norway, and "Renegades" with Skyggesøstre, perfomed in Noway and Sweden
