I am Jovienne Jin, a theatre maker, performer, and sound designer based in London, graduated from King's MA Theatre&Performance. My pronoun is she and her. I have participated in performances as a dramaturg and director while studying literature and being a journalist and editor for Common Sense since 2018. I took directing training in RCSSD in 2022 and participated in workshops in London as well as produced short films and devised theatre with La Phenomena, Ensemble Not Found and Persona Collective at venues including Shoreditch Town Hall, Sands Film Studio, Vault Festival, Blue elephant theatre, etc. My focuses on themes such as politics, childhood and memory through social performance, installation art, and site specific performance.
