Laura Duckett

I studied English and creative writing and finished my degree with a dissertation on race, identity and passing in African American Literature. I’ve just completed an MA in human rights, culture and social justice so that I can infuse my creative work with academic knowledge to create entertaining theatre that makes a social impact. I use my creative craft to write stories that explore identity, with the aim of attracting new audiences to theatres.
