Fran is an award-winning writer and lyricist. Her play A Gig for Ghosts won Soho Theatre’s Tony Craze Award in 2020 and was named as a Guardian Top Pick of 2022 after it’s full run at Soho Theatre. She was Writer in Residence at Soho Theatre during the month of November 2022.

Her comedy pilot The Diary of My Broken Vagina was produced by Channel 4 as a Comedy Blap and Fran has been awarded a BFI Young Audiences Content Fund for Development.
