Helloooo!
My name is Freddie and I'm a writer and performer originally from Austria. I moved to London 8 years ago to study Creative Writing & Drama, followed by an MA in Musical theatre.
I'm currently working on a one-person play called F*ckboy which follows a person on the tube having a breakdown and explores bodily autonomy, gender dysphoria and celebrity crushes through a non-binary lense.
As a queer non-binary person myself who was assigned female at birth, I'm really passionate about telling these kinds of stories; while studying, I co-wrote a short film about a young woman struggling with an eating disorder and created an art film about the romanticisation of stalking in film. My MA dissertation was a cabaret exploring the effects of male violence on a woman's relationship with herself and them.
