Jon Hague

Writer Producer Performer

After a long career in the army, I won a BAFTA scholarship to study screenwriting, and have had work shortlisted with BAFTA Rocliffe TV Drama, BFI Development fund and ITV Original Voices.

I am now focusing on my first love, in writing for the stage – I first trained for theatre aged 16, graduated from Birmingham University’s Theatre Arts degree and worked in theatre before enlisting.

My work features working class heroes in engaging stories that seek to entertain, inform and question.
