Designer Puppet Designer

My name is Katy (she/her) I am a South-West-based theatre maker from North Yorkshire.

I am a designer and devisor, usually making shows in strange places, the occasional short film and wrangling puppets. I have had work at Bristol Old Vic, Leicester Curve Theatre, Brighton Fringe, 101 Outdoor Arts - and an abandoned Victorian Swimming Pool! I am currently a resident artist at Puppet Place in Bristol.

I have been working as a set/costume and puppet designer and maker on various theatre productions, short films and live events for 4 (ish)

I am currently leaping/tentative hoping into directing and assistant directing, something I have wanted to do for a long time.
