I am an aspiring Playwright. I started to write plays from a very young age and was always interested in the interaction between the audience and the words coming from the actors. I feel there is an interesting relationship between the way the playwright thinks about their words and how different members of the audience think about the words. I’m really interested in dark comedy. I feel these have the biggest opportunity for new and exciting stories, because they will often go places that other might not think of going. I think that times can get tough and there has to be an appreciation of that, but I feel there can always be another side that we can laugh at, when we perhaps feel we shouldn’t be. This is all done in moderation, but I have found great pleasure in making light of the things that get me the lowest.
