Elliott Squire

Elliott is a Canadian set and costume designer for theatre and opera based in London.

He is a graduate of Edinburgh's Scenehouse Programme (2015) and also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Design from the University of British Columbia, where he was twice the winner of the Theatre Department's Peter Loeffler Memorial Prize (2012 and 2013).

Elliott has been a regular visiting designer for Guildford School of Acting and St Paul's School. He has led design workshops for Chichester Festival Theatre, and also led workshops & mentored students at St Paul's Junior's, Half Moon Theatre, The BRIT School, and Mountview.

As an associate designer and maker, Elliott has worked regularly with Chichester Festival Theatre, Blackheath Halls Opera, and Creation Theatre (in-person and digital performances). He has also acted as an associate, model maker, and draughtsperson to a variety of leading designers, both in the UK and in Canada.
