Recently, I directed two plays at Vault Festival to great acclaim including Lola by Hannah Nixon “Hannah Nixon’s assured debut play which is crisply staged with a good eye for spatial tension by Melissa Dunne” Lyn Gardner. I previously directed both Masterpieces and Just to Get Married at the Finborough theatre, the latter of which was listed in  Susannah Clapps 'Best Theatre of 2017' 'Staged with wit and efficiency by Melissa Dunne.’ Ben Brantley, The New York Times ★★★★ Evening Standard ★★★★ The Times ★★★★ The Observer.

I am Artistic Director of Papercut Theatre and I've previously read scripts for the National Theatre, Graeae Theatre Company, Theatre Royal Stratford East, Soho Theatre, Ice & Fire and the Bush Theatre. As a writer I've been produced at The Miniaturists, Arcola Theatre, Latitude Festival and Assembly Festival, Edinburgh Fringe.
