John Plas

John Plas is an actor/filmmaker. He is an actor appearing on stage, in film and on television. He had a role in the 2015 film Bastille Day and made guest appearances in US and UK TV Series. He first appeared in television series such as ''How NOT to kill your husband''. John Plas has a credit for Star Wars the Force Awakens. Plas received an MClinDent and Diploma in Clinical Periodontology from Queen Mary University of London. Simultaneously, he enrolled to study acting in London's Actors' Center. Plas decided to further continue his acting studies with specialized seminars at the Actors Connection Institution and Actors' Studio in New York City, New York. He was also accepted and continued with studies in advanced Periodontology as a fellow at the University of Connecticut, School of Dental Medicine. Plas is currently writing a medical drama series and is set to appear on stage in a new dark comedy production at a London West End theater.

I strongly believe in the power of collaboration and my aspiration is to be able to work on qualitative Film and Television projects which will be able to reach a global audience.

I do have experience in working with Studio features, Independent Features and Television.

As an actor Iove performing in many accents. I have undergone training in martial arts and kick-boxing. I have also had some training in Visual effects, special effects, ADR, 3-D replacement, handling cameras and grip. Fortunately, I have acquired some knowledge in marketing and distribution of feature films and TV Series.
