Engagement Practitioner
I am a director, writer & practitioner from Essex, based in London. I have a special interest in stories about heritage, identity and cross-cultural narratives. I also enjoy working on adaptations and re-examining classics, particularly ancient dramas. In 2016 I co-founded Found In Translation Theatre, an ACE funded company telling today’s stories with inspiration from the past, where I am currently artistic director.
I am currently one of Norwich Theatre's Young Cultural Leaders, a winner of the Cervantes Theatre Direct Your Future program and was selected for the inaugural cohort of Mercury Directors at the Mercury Theatre in 2021.
I am passionate about outreach and served as a Young Changemaker at Queens Theatre, Hornchurch from 2020 - 2022. I also work as an engagement practitioner for the Little Angel Theatre, Mercury Theatre, and Speech Bubbles facilitating programmes including groups for pensioners and projects for young people with SEND.
