Luned Gwawr Evans

Watching and participating in performances from an early age, theatre has had significant influence on me throughout my life, always encouraged and to be proud of my rich history, culture and native language. I have been working as a designer and an assistant for a few years now.

I gained a diverse set of skills during my time at RWCMD and have subsequently through my work as a designer/assistant over the last few years. I am confident in all aspects of design; developing ideas from contextual research and visual inspirations; collating the ideas to create an over all concept through a series of images and 3D models; developing initial ideas through a number of discussions with the director from a text or devised work; making informative decisions and designing the set and costumes, by collaborating throughout with directors, producers, production managers and various members of the creative team. I’m an organised, resourceful and self-motivated individual and make the most of every opportunity.
