George Chilcott

I am a freelance theatre director based in London. I direct both theatre and comedy. I am the Artistic Director of DugOut Theatre and direct Edinburgh Comedy Award Nominated sketch duo Goodbear.

I try to make work that is big-hearted, funny, musical and, above all, tells a good story.

Things I love: Monty Python, Sally Cookson, KneeHigh, Pixar, Patrick Marber, The Muppet’s Christmas Carol, Steinbeck, Paul Hilton, Martin McDonagh.
