Rosie Schofield
Director
I’m Rosie, a Director and Facilitator based in London (she/her). I trained at the Lancaster Institute of Contemporary Arts and am currently training at Central School of Speech & Drama, an MA Applied Theatre.
I’m enthusiastic about delivering theatre workshops and have experience working with a variety of community groups. I love devised work (Rimini Protokoll, Gob Squad, Forced Entertainment), children’s theatre (Little Angel Theatre, Theatre Rites) and performance in unexpected places. I am interested in Theatre of the Oppressed, especially the tool of Forum Theatre.
I’ve recently directed two online zoom plays for the SU Fest and enjoyed the experience. I’m seeking further opportunities to learn and direct performance.
