Wellbeing Wednesday
17 and 24 June
3.30pm – 4.30pm
The following sessions will be led by director and coach Rachel Bagshaw.
Wednesday 17 June will focus on helpful techniques for managing personal wellbeing. Rachel Bagshaw (director and coach) will lead a session which provides an opportunity to have some time to reflect during the uncertainty, and to work on a forward looking goal.
The activities will focus on wellbeing related to how the current situation is affecting theatre and your careers.
Wednesday 24 June is a follow up session with Rachel Bagshaw on wellbeing and resilience in the rehearsal room. Looking how wellbeing can inform and shape the making of work, Rachel will use practical tasks and time for you to look at how you can begin to incorporate this into your own work – including online.
You don’t need to have come to the first session to attend.
