Sharing Zoom Games, Tips, Exercises and Improvisations
16th June 2020
2 – 4pm
This session led by director David Furlong is an opportunity to explore how to play games, use exercises and improvise through Zoom and other similar online platforms.
In the first half of the session, the group will exchange and play warm-up / getting- to-know-one-another type games.
The second half of the session will focus on improvising/making. This will cover theatre sport exercises, as well as devising and improvising techniques.
There will also be a chance at the end of the session to talk about how we can develop playing and practice in an online setting.
This session is for those who have experience and for those who this new approach is untested.
The session will be as practical as possible so to fully participate it would be appreciated if you would find a way to have your laptop/device/webcam at chest height, so as to be able to stand-up and move about.
Please click the sign-up button above to let us know you plan to attend so we have a sense of numbers.
